In Remembrance of Nitzia

It has been two years since my wife Nitzia passed away.

About a decade ago, she and I relocated to Sedona to chase our dreams. We juggled four jobs for several years just to make ends meet while we developed our photography career. As people began to notice our photos, our reputation grew, and suddenly, we had more clients than we could manage. Over time, we were blessed to become the most highly rated photographer business on Google in the entire Southwest and one of the top in the nation.

Nitzia hailed from Panama. She was a dancer with a pure spirit, which is why I and everyone else felt God's presence when around her. Her childlike nature allowed her to guide couples into striking and inspiring poses they never thought possible.

She taught me the importance of living in the present, rather than dwelling on the past or future.

Her unconditional love transformed my life.

The Bible states, ‘No one who puts his hand to the plow and then looks back is fit for the kingdom of God.’ I take this to heart. I am thankful for my time with Nitzia, and I honor her teachings by using my talents and the photography career we built to spread God’s love and advance His kingdom. Life is short, so there’s no time to dwell on the past or feel down. God has a purpose for each of us.

Thank you, Nitzia, for being a wonderful example of how to truly live.

May your dancing light shine eternally.
