WHICH AIRPORT IN THE PHILIPPINES SHOULD WE ARRIVE AT, AND BY WHEN?

YOU SHOULD ARRIVE AT NINOY AQUINO INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT (MNL) IN MANILA IF FLYING FROM THE US. YOU MAY ARRIVE EARLIER IF YOU HAVE OTHER PLANS IN THE PHILIPPINES, BUT ENSURE YOU ARE AT OUR DESIGNATED HOTEL BY JANUARY 17, 2025. KEEP IN MIND THE TIME DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE US AND MANILA WHEN PLANNING YOUR FLIGHTS. OUR TEAM IS HERE TO ASSIST YOU WITH ANY QUESTIONS.

WHAT IS THE GROUP SIZE OF THE TOUR?

Each group will have a maximum of 10-12 PEOPLE, ensuring personalized attention from our expert guides and a more intimate travel experience.

 

IS TRAVEL INSURANCE REQUIRED?

While travel insurance is not included in the package, we highly recommend that all participants obtain comprehensive travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances such as trip cancellation, medical emergencies, and lost luggage.

All guests will need to sign a liability waiver before we start our adventures.

 

WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY?

You are welcome to cancel your booking at any time before the start of the tour. If we successfully fill your reserved spot, along with all other vacancies before the tour's start date, you will receive the full amount paid minus $500 for the service fee and non-refundable deposit. However, if your cancellation leaves any spots unfilled by the tour's commencement, your refund will be processed according to the following schedule:

                                                                                                                                                           

1. Cancellations made 120 days before the start of the tour will receive a 75% refund.

2. Cancellations made between 90 and 119 days before the start of the tour will receive a 50% refund of the tour cost.

3. Cancellations made between 61 to 89 days before the start of the tour will receive a 20% refund of the tour cost.

4. Cancellations made less than 60 days before the start of the tour are not eligible for a refund.

 

WHAT SHOULD I PACK FOR THE TOUR?

We recommend packing light, breathable clothing suitable for warm tropical climates, swimwear, sunscreen, insect repellant, comfortable walking shoes, aqua/water shoes, snorkeling set, and any personal medications or essentials.

 

CAN DIETARY RESTRICTIONS OR PREFERENCES BE ACCOMMODATED?

We will do our best to accommodate dietary restrictions and preferences whenever possible. Please inform us of any specific dietary requirements in advance and we will make the appropriate arrangements.

Day 1: Arrival in Manila - Gateway to Paradise

Upon arrival, our private shuttle will pick you up at the airport and transfer you to your hotel.

 

Check into our comfortable accommodations and unwind after your long journey from the US. Take the opportunity to explore the vibrant surroundings of Manila at your leisure.

 

 

Day 2: Discovering Manila's Rich Heritage
